About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in end-to-end recruitment - job postings, resume screening, interview coordination.
2. Helping onboard new hires - documentation, induction, orientation sessions.
3. Maintaining HR records and databases with accuracy.
4. Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
5. Assisting in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and communication material.
6. Coordinating with different departments for HR-related processes.
7. Providing general administrative support to the HR team.
