About the Internship
đ We're Hiring: HR Intern (Generalist) đđ Location: Bengaluru | đ Internship Duration: 6 months
Weâre looking for an HR Intern whoâs curious, proactive, and excited to learn the ropes of how a People function runs in a growing company. Youâll start by creating smooth experiences for candidates and supporting day-to-day HR processes, but soon get exposure to bigger things-like recruitment operations and HR projects that keep the team running. Think of this as your launchpad: if you do well, this internship can turn into a full-time opportunity with us.
đ What Youâll Be Doing
 Interview Orchestration: Take charge of coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple teams and calendars. Youâll be the invisible hand that ensures a smooth, timely, and delightful experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Pipeline Management: Maintain live dashboards of candidate progress across open roles. Stay on top of things, nudge stakeholders when needed, and make sure no talent falls through the cracks.
Stakeholder Support: Be the glue that holds our internal hiring processes together â from following up post-interviews, organizing pipeline reviews, to sending out relevant decks, forms, and other candidate resources.
HR Ops & Admin: Assist with the nuts and bolts of HR operations â background checks, drafting offer letters, collecting documentation, and ensuring everything is buttoned up for a smooth onboarding.
