About the Internship
Are you passionate about human resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Rightwaay Talent Consulting company is looking for a talented HR intern to join our team! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and learn about various aspects of talent management and recruitment.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Update and maintain employee records in our HR system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Assist with employee relations activities, such as organizing team-building events and handling employee inquiries.
5. Conduct research on HR best practices and help develop training materials for staff development.
6. Assist with performance management processes, including tracking goals and providing feedback to employees.
7. Support the HR team with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and organizing files.
8. Travelling to client laces in Bangalore. Bike is must.
