About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-up.
2. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
3. Help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
4Implement structured interview methods, skill assessments, and cultural fit evaluations to identify the best candidates.
4. Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process.
2. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
3. Support day-to-day HR operations such as leave tracking, employee letters,
and documentation.
7. Support the creation of flyers for work anniversaries, festivals, and internal events
communication.
8 Coordinate campus placement drives with premium institutes and assist in
end-to-end execution.
9. Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
