About the Internship
Are you a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources? Join our team at Community Action Through Motivation Program as a HR intern! As a part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in MS-Excel and MS-Word while assisting with various HR functions.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with Payroll, Compliance, PF/ESI, and recruitment processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
2. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
3. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.
4. Assist with organizing and coordinating training and development initiatives for employees.
5. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the organization.
6. Provide administrative support, such as drafting correspondence and organizing files.
7. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
