About the Internship
NUMBER OF INTERNS OPENINGS - 6HR INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW:-
We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team at Windzard Technologies. This internship role is located in Chennai, with office locations at Kelly's, Kilpauk. The intern will support various HR functions, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiency of our HR practices.
ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
We seek a dynamic and enthusiastic HR intern to join our talented team at Windzard Technologies Private Limited! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while working closely with experienced professionals.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including resume screening, conducting initial interviews, coordinating assessments, and working on HR activities.
2. Hire candidates' requirements for suitable job roles
3. Provide a recruitment end-to-end solution
4. Work on requirements, screen the candidates, and do the primary interviews
5. Work on the onboarding and joining process
6. Work on salary packages for the candidates
7. Do salary negotiations with candidates
CRITERIA:
Start Date: Immediately
Duration: 3 months to 6 months
Stipend: INR 3000 - INR 5000 (Plus Incentives up to Rs. 15,000/-)
Requirement: Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
NOTE:
1. Candidates based in Chennai will have a direct interview and will work in the office.
2. The interview will be conducted virtually for candidates from the Rest of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh.
3. The internship will only be in virtual mode for candidates from the following southern states: Kerala, the Rest of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka.
4. Please do not apply if you do not belong to the mentioned states.
5. For this Paid Internship, we will provide a performance-based stipend as salary + Incentives + Other Benefits of PPO
