1. Company Culture DesignDefine Core Values: Collaborate with leadership to draft or refine the company’s core values and cultural pillars.
Cultural Audit: Conduct employee surveys/interviews to understand the current culture and areas for improvement.
Culture Deck: Help design a “Culture Deck” or presentation that explains the company’s ethos, vision, and behavioral expectations.
Initiative Suggestions: Propose ideas for culture-building activities (team bonding, recognition programs, internal communication styles).
Onboarding Alignment: Ensure culture-related content is part of onboarding materials.
2. Employee Benefits Design
Benchmark Benefits: Research and compare employee benefits across competitors or industry leaders.
Benefit Innovation: Propose non-monetary or low-cost benefit ideas (e.g., flexible hours, wellness programs, learning stipends).
Policy Drafting: Assist in drafting the structure and eligibility criteria for various benefits (leaves, insurance, allowances, etc.).
Feedback Collection: Design short surveys to collect employee preferences on potential benefit programs.
Cost-Impact Summary: Work with HR to prepare basic ROI or impact assessments for benefit proposals.
3. Rules and Regulations (HR Compliance & Conduct)
Employee Code of Conduct: Draft or revise employee behavioral expectations and disciplinary protocols.
Workplace Policies: Support development of policies like anti-harassment, dress code, remote work, punctuality, etc.
Compliance Checks: Research Indian labor laws or company-specific compliance obligations.
Policy Clarity: Ensure rules are clearly written and easy to understand by all levels of employees.
Communication Material: Help create posters, guides, or email templates to communicate rules effectively.
4. Recruitment Policy & Procedure
Policy Creation: Assist in drafting the recruitment policy – defining sourcing channels, selection stages, and diversity hiring goals.
Hiring Workflow Mapping: Document the entire recruitment workflow from requisition to onboarding.
JD Standardization: Help create templates and guidelines for writing consistent, inclusive job descriptions.
Selection Criteria: Collaborate with teams to define key selection criteria and evaluation rubrics.
Recruitment SLA & TAT: Draft standard timeframes for various stages of hiring (screening, interview, offer, etc.).
5. Talent Acquisition Strategy
Channel Research: Identify the most effective platforms for sourcing different talent pools (LinkedIn, job boards, colleges, etc.).
Employer Branding: Propose strategies for enhancing the company's employer brand (careers page, social media, testimonials).
Campus Hiring Support: Assist in coordinating with colleges for internships or placements, and draft campus engagement plans.
