About the Internship
As an HR intern at Aawas Yojana, you will have the exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. Your role will involve supporting the HR team in various tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome kits and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Assisting with employee relations activities, such as organizing team-building events and handling employee inquiries.
4. Maintaining HR records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
5. Assisting with performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and goal-setting meetings.
6. Supporting the training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and tracking employee participation.
7. Assisting with various HR projects and initiatives as needed to contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
