About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Source-wise hiring data
2. Conversion rate from screening to selection
3. Time-to-fill positions
4. Take structured feedback from:
5. Department heads for new joinees
6. New joinees on onboarding experience
7. Analyze the previous month's hiring performance.
8. Set monthly goals: number of hires per team.
9. Plan job fairs, LinkedIn campaigns, and employee referral drives.
10. Review attrition data (if applicable) for Sales/Ops.
11. Exit interview analysis for improvement areas.
12. Ensure documentation of all recruited employees is complete.
13. Ensure all trackers, scorecards, and assessments are up to date.
