About the Internship
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) intern to join our team at Discover Matrix. As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of human resources while utilizing your skills in MS-Word, MS-Office, and English proficiency.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support HR team in conducting new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
5. Support HR team in handling employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
6. Help with drafting HR policies, procedures, and other documentation.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
