Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. LinkedIn company page management:
1. Regularly update the company's LinkedIn page with news, achievements, job postings, and other relevant content.
2. Promote employer branding through strategic LinkedIn content and engagement.
B. HR generalist functions:
1. Assist in recruitment processes, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
2. Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
3. Address employee grievances and handle employee relations issues.
C. Data management and Excel proficiency:
1. Prepare accurate reports of employee data.
