About the Internship
SUMMARY:We are looking for an HR Intern to assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. The role also involves maintaining and updating applicant records in the ATS, supporting the onboarding process for a seamless new hire experience, and organizing employee engagement activities and events. Additionally, you will provide administrative support in various daily HR functions.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Maintain and update applicants' records in the ATS.
3. Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
4. Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
5. Provide administrative support in the daily HR domain.
