Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Recruitment – Source, screen, and onboard candidates to meet organizational requirements within defined timelines.
2. HR Operations – Manage payroll, attendance, compliance, employee benefits, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR functioning.
3. Employee Engagement – Plan and execute engagement initiatives, activities, and communication to foster a positive work culture.
4. HR Documentation – Maintain accurate employee records, draft HR policies, contracts, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
