About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
2. Handle employee engagement activities to build a positive work culture.
3. Assist in HR operations such as payroll, attendance, and compliance.
4. Support performance management and appraisal processes.
5. Maintain HR records, documentation, and employee databases.
6. Work closely with management to implement HR strategies.
