About the Internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at InteriorChowk, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations. Your role will involve assisting with various HR functions such as conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records. You will also have the chance to work on special projects and initiatives to enhance our overall HR processes.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
2. Help with onboarding new employees by preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
3. Support HR team in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
4. Participate in employee relations activities such as organizing team-building events and recognition programs.
5. Assist in conducting market research to stay updated on current HR trends and best practices.
6. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed, including drafting HR documents and preparing reports.
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects to improve HR processes and enhance employee engagement.
8. Pre placement offer provided after evaluation of 3 months.
