Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job listings and screening resumes.
2. Providing support with employee onboarding and orientation processes.
3. Maintaining HRIS data and updating employee records.
4. Assisting with benefits administration and enrollment.
5. Supporting the coordination of training and development programs.
6. Assisting with performance management processes and employee relations.
7. Providing general administrative support to the HR department.
