About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in end-to-end recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
2. Supporting HR operations including employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR databases.
3. Helping in HR processes like attendance tracking, employee engagement activities, and assisting in policy implementation.
4. Coordinating with different teams for smooth HR process execution.
5. Preparing daily/weekly reports and supporting the HR team in ongoing projects.
