About the Internship
About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to the recruitment lifecycle and backend HR operations. The role is best suited for freshers who are eager to build a career in HR, with a focus on job postings, candidate coordination, and operational support.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
Recruitment Support
1. Post jobs on different portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.) and manage applications.
2. Assist in sourcing candidates through databases and social media platforms.
3. Conduct initial screening calls and share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers.
4. Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and panel members.
5. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
HR Backend Operations
1. Assist in onboarding documentation and employee record maintenance.
2. Update HRMS entries and internal trackers for attendance and recruitment.
3. Provide support in vendor coordination for recruitment and other HR-related requirements.
4. Support the team in organizing employee engagement activities and induction sessions.
5. Handle day-to-day HR administrative support tasks as assigned.
