About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1) Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
2) Manage job postings across job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
3) Conduct a resume database search and build candidate pipelines for open roles.
4) Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
5) Prepare and share interview feedback forms with panel members.
6) Support in candidate engagement & follow-ups to ensure smooth communication.
7) Assist in HR documentation – offer letters, joining formalities, and maintaining candidate records.
8) Work on Excel reports, trackers, and dashboards for recruitment metrics.
9) Participate in campus hiring drives and initial candidate assessments.
10) Research market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
11) Contribute to employer branding initiatives – social media posts, recruitment campaigns, career fairs.
12) Support the HR team in other HR operations when required.
