About the Internship
As an HR intern at Zopsoft, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in various aspects of human resources. Your role will be crucial in supporting the HR team in recruitment, employee engagement, training, and other HR initiatives.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment processes such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
3. Support in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees.
4. Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
5. Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary HR support.
6. Assist in drafting HR documents and policies.
7. Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives.
This internship will provide you with valuable experience in HR operations and help you develop essential skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving.
