About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Recruit and onboard interns for various departments through multiple channels and coordinate with department heads for specific requirements.
2. Conduct telephonic screening rounds to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and match candidates with appropriate departments.
3. Coordinate and execute offline interviews by scheduling meetings between candidates and respective department managers, preparing interview schedules, and ensuring seamless interview processes.
4. Maintain a comprehensive intern database including contact details, skills, department assignments, and performance tracking using internal HR systems.
5. Act as liaison between departments for recruitment matters, facilitate communication between candidates and supervisors, and coordinate cross-functional projects.
6. Support onboarding and documentation including orientation sessions, policy guidelines, and generating regular reports.
