About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Employee Engagement
1. Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement activities, events, and campaigns.
2. Collect feedback from employees post-engagement activities and prepare reports for review.
3. Support in developing creative content (emails, posters, mailers) for ongoing initiatives.
B. Administration & Coordination
1. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including documentation, filing, and scheduling.
2. Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
3. Maintain trackers for various HR activities, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
C. Communication & Collaboration
1. Act as a point of contact between employees and HR for basic queries and updates.
2. Draft internal communication notes, announcements
