About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Work on end-to-end employee lifecycle, HR compliance, policy administration.
2. Prepare HR reports and work with HR system data
3. Support recruitment/admin tasks
4. Assist in onboarding new employees and documentation
5. Respond to basic employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
6. Participate in projects / process improvements to make HR operations more efficient
