About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:1. Assisting in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
2. Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and interest.
3. Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and interview status.
5. Supporting in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings across various platforms.
6. Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
7. Participating in recruitment drives and walk-in interviews, if applicable.
