3. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations

5. Contribute to employee development and training programs by coordinating workshops, seminars, and online learning platforms
6. Support HR projects, such as performance management, talent acquisition, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing HR documents
