About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in Recruitment – Source candidates, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
2. Interview Coordination – Manage calendars, send invites, and communicate with candidates.
3. Job Postings – Draft and post job openings on various platforms.
4. HR Documentation – Maintain employee records and assist in data entry and filing.
5. Onboarding Support – Help coordinate and execute onboarding processes for new hires.
6. Off boarding Assistance – Support exit interviews and clearance formalities.
7. Employee Engagement – Assist in planning employee events, activities, and communications.
8. Policy Drafting – Help in preparing and updating HR policies and internal documentation.
9. Attendance & Leave Tracking – Support in managing attendance and leave records.
10. General Administrative Tasks – Provide overall support to the HR department as required.
11. Payroll Management - Help in payroll-related tasks such as calculations, payslip generation etc.
12. Coaching/Training and development - Support in organising training sessions.
