About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Design and update job descriptions.
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels.
3. Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
4. Conduct interviews with candidates via phone, video, and in person.
5. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
6. Send job offer emails and address queries about compensation and benefits.
7. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
8. Act as a consultant to new hires and assist with their onboarding process.
