Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Be proactive, smart, and learn the business needs from HR swiftly
2. Be an HR - EA/Executive assistant to the CHRO
3. Serve as a generalist and work with the office and factory employees to solve HR/employee lifecycle matters
4. Assists engagement/drives employee engagement and festival celebrations
