About the Internship
As a Human Resources intern at Studio Mosaic, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. We are looking for a motivated individual who is knowledgeable in Human Resources, Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Talent Management, and possesses strong interpersonal skills, resume screening, and interview coordination abilities.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment processes by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary documents, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition.
3. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, providing support, and promoting a positive work environment.
4. Assist in talent management initiatives such as performance evaluations, career development programs, and succession planning.
5. Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
7. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your HR skills and knowledge.
