About the Internship
As a Human Resources intern at THRM Digital Marketing Agency, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your English proficiency, both written and spoken, will be essential as you interact with employees and assist with various HR tasks. Utilizing your skills in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Office, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team and contributing to the overall success of the company.1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job listings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
3. Maintain and update HR records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Help organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.
5. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback.
6. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and diversity initiatives.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
