About the Internship
Assist in creating engaging presentations, reports, and visuals using PowerPoint, Canva, and Google Sheets.1. Support engagement-related initiatives by coordinating activities, drafting communication, and helping execute plans.
2. Work closely with the HR team to brainstorm and implement ideas that improve employee engagement and culture.
3. Stay updated on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram) and assist in leveraging them for HR and employer branding initiatives.
4. Contribute proactively with a learning mindset, taking ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
5. Apply academic knowledge from BMM/MBA background to support HR operations and engagement activities.
