About the Internship
We at Karix are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, coordination, and administrative processes. The intern will work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day activities and contribute to key HR projects.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1) Assist in HR operations including maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and ensuring data accuracy.
2) Support HR coordinators in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and assisting in onboarding activities.
3) Help in drafting HR letters, circulars, and communication to employees.
4) Aid in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
5) Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
6) Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related queries and escalate as required.
7) Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
1) Graduate/Postgraduate student in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3) Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
4) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5) Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
6) Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
