About the Internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Regime Tax Solutions Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the growth of our dynamic team. Your role will involve utilizing your skills in MS-Office, MS-Excel, English proficiency (spoken and written), MS-Word, recruitment, onboarding, employment engagement, MIS, and administrative support.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
2. Support onboarding procedures for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
3. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
4. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
5. Generate reports and analyze data using MS-Excel and MIS to support HR decision-making.
6. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
7. Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned, gaining valuable experience in all aspects of HR operations.
