About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
2. Supporting onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
3. Maintaining and updating HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
4. Assisting in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and other documents.
5. Coordinating employee engagement activities and internal communication.
6. Helping in performance management and feedback collection processes.
7. Handling day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks as assigned.
