About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:- Talent spotting – help us find sneakerheads, fashion lovers, and go-getters who vibe with our culture.
- Job postings – create and post exciting internship & job ads across platforms.
- Screen & shortlist – review applications, coordinate interviews, and interact with candidates.
- Onboarding – support in welcoming new interns/executives (because first impressions matter!).
- HR operations – assist in maintaining attendance, leaves, and basic HR records.
- Engagement – brainstorm and run fun activities/events to keep the team buzzing.
- Research & trends – explore new HR practices, campus outreach ideas, and people strategies.
- Learning HR Tech – get hands-on with Excel, Sheets, and HR tools for smoother processes.
