About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Recruitment & selection:
1. Support end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
2. Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.
3. Assist in onboarding formalities for new hires.
B. Attendance & HR operations:
1. Track and maintain daily employee attendance and leave records.
2. Assist in preparing attendance-related reports for payroll.
C. Interview coordination:
1. Facilitate smooth interview processes by coordinating with candidates and interview panels.
2. Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates.
D. Administrative support:
1. Handle day-to-day HR and admin tasks as assigned.
2. Maintain employee files, HR records, and documentation.
3. Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities.
