About the Internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations. If you have a strong understanding of MS-Excel, MS-Word, data analysis, and English proficiency (written), this role is perfect for you!Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing new hire documentation.
2. Support HR team in conducting data analysis and generating reports to aid in decision-making processes.
3. Assist in organizing and maintaining employee records and HR databases.
4. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
5. Support HR operations by participating in performance management processes and employee relations activities.
6. Assist in conducting research on HR best practices and industry trends to help improve organizational processes.
7. Provide administrative support to HR team as needed, including preparing presentations and correspondence.
