About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:1. Talent Sourcing & Screening:
1. Researching and identifying potential candidates.
2. Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings for technical and non-technical positions.
3. Maintaining candidate databases and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS).
4. Creating Boolean search strings for targeted candidate sourcing.
2. Recruitment Support:
1. Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
2. Preparing interview materials and candidate profiles for technical roles (Java developers, solution architects, sales engineers).
3. Assisting in reference checks and background verification processes.
4. Tracking recruitment metrics and generating weekly hiring reports.
3. Administrative Tasks:
1. Processing manpower requisition forms (MRFs) and maintaining recruitment documentation.
2. Updating JIRA tickets for recruitment tracking and workflow management.
3. Preparing offer letters and coordinating with legal for employment contracts.
4. Supporting onboarding activities for new hires across multiple locations.
