About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Onboarding Assistance – Help prepare onboarding documents, coordinate induction sessions, and ensure smooth joining formalities for new hires.
2. HR Operations & Documentation – Maintain employee records, update HRMS (like KEKA), and assist in drafting HR letters and reports.
3. Employee Engagement Support – Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, surveys, and events to foster workplace culture.
4. Compliance & Data Management – Support in leave/attendance tracking, updating compliance records, and ensuring accuracy of employee data.
5. General HR Support – Provide day-to-day assistance to the HR team in various tasks and handle employee queries.
