About the Internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Dhanguard LLC, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, Conflict Management, and Strategy development. Your role will be instrumental in supporting our HR team in various key responsibilities, including:1. Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
2. Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork completion and orientation sessions.
3. Assisting in conflict management by facilitating conversations and providing support to resolve workplace issues.
4. Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies to support the company's goals.
5. Assisting in employee relations activities, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
6. Supporting HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs.
7. Providing administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records and databases.
