About the Internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at NovoStack, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is proficient in MS-Office, MS-Excel, and has excellent English speaking and writing skills.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
2. Support HR team with various administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
3. Coordinate training and development programs for employees and track attendance and feedback.
4. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to boost morale and team spirit.
5. Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in creating HR policies and procedures.
6. Provide support with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and performance reviews.
7. Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed to support the overall HR strategy.
