Role Overview
Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations for interns and employees, using global best practices.
Key Platforms
LinkedIn, Internshala, Email, MS Excel, MS Word, ChatGPT
Main Duties
- Post and manage job listings on LinkedIn/Internshala
- Screen applicants, schedule & conduct HR interviews
- Oversee onboarding, documentation, and offer letters
- Collect, validate, and review timesheets; resolve discrepancies
- Draft communications, emails, and JD using ChatGPT/AI tools
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards (MS Excel)
- Coordinate exit processes and feedback collection
- Ensure compliance with international HR standards, DEI, and privacy
Skills Needed
- HR recruitment experience (1–3 years preferred)
- Proficient in MS Excel/Word
- Strong English communication
- Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT)
- International HR practices/DEI awareness
