About the Internship
The HR Intern will assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement while learning the complete HR lifecycle in a fast-growing IT company. You will play a key role in building hiring pipelines and ensuring a smooth employee experience.Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for technical & non-technical roles.
Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding, documentation, and orientation sessions.
Draft HR letters, SOPs, and internal communications.
Plan employee engagement activities and cultural initiatives.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication (English & Hindi).
Knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Interest in recruitment and HR policies.
