About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist HRBP team in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
2. Support in conducting training needs analysis, scheduling, and coordination of learning sessions.
3. Help design and implement employee engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms.
4. Maintain HR databases, records, and reports accurately.
5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of L&D program and HR processes
6. Contribute to HR projects and provide administrative support as required.
