About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
2. Screening resumes and shortlisting potential candidates
3. Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
4. Supporting in conducting preliminary HR interviews
5. Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers
6. Coordinating with the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process
