About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Draw a strategy for hiring
2. Optimize the use of various portals and models
3. Execute the recruitment strategies
4. Build our brand, promote company products and services
5. Build and leverage relationships and our brand with various institutes, job fairs, etc.
6. Source profiles and interview them to shortlist
7. Involve completely from start to end of the hiring process and lead it from the front
8. Maintain proper daily documentation and reports
9. Follow up for reports with front-end team members
10. Ensure reports are right and sign off and train them wherever required
11. Handle employee process management, issues resolution, and ensure proper documentation
12. Manage other tasks assigned from time to time
13. Challenge status quotient
