Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners, companies, and recruiters.Coordinate and organize campus placement drives, interviews, and job fairs.
Guide students on resume building, interview preparation, and career readiness.
Maintain and update the student placement database with progress and outcomes.
Share suitable job opportunities with students and ensure timely follow-ups.
Liaise with internal faculty and training teams to align student skills with industry needs.
Prepare placement reports and track hiring trends for continuous improvement.
