In our Product Marketing and  Pre-Sales - Solutioning team for the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region, you’ll blend HR expertise, client engagement, and solution design to create compelling proposals, impactful product demos, and talent solutions that win customers.
This isn’t coffee-fetching work — this is career-shaping experience in a global SaaS environment.
 
What You’ll Do
 
💡 Design Winning Solutions
Research prospective customers’ industry, workforce, and skill needs.
Create tailored product demonstrations that showcase iMocha’s capabilities in the most relevant way.
Build custom job profiles and set up competency-based assessments in our platform.
Support pre-sales and solutioning teams in preparing JDs and competency-based assessment questions tailored for Middle East clients.
Explore, evaluate, and utilize various AI tools to automate and streamline HR processes, including JD and assessments generation.
Apply HR concepts such as job analysis, job architecture, career plan, career ladder, internal mobility, succession plan, and skill intelligence.
Ensure all documentation and outputs align with client needs and HR best practices.
Continuously learn and update yourself with the latest AI advancements in HR.
 
📊 Enable Sales Success
Prepare client-ready presentations, proposals, and solution documents.
Respond to RFPs and security questionnaires with precision and detail.
Collaborate with Product, Content, and Customer Success teams to ensure solutions are complete and compelling.
 
📂 Maintain Data Excellence
Keep HubSpot CRM records clean, updated, and accurate to track opportunities effectively.
Support performance reporting and pre-sales metrics tracking.
 
📈 Grow Existing Accounts
Work with account teams to pitch new iMocha products and features to existing MEA customers.
 
What We’re Looking For
MBA in Human Resource Management .
Strong interest in pre-sales, HR tech, and solutioning for enterprise clients.
Comfort with researching industries and organizations to inform solution design.
Knowledge of HR concepts (job analysis, job architecture, skill intelligence).
Exposure to AI-powered HR tools is a plus.
