About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
2. Support the team in onboarding and induction processes.
3. Maintain and update HR databases, attendance records, and employee files.
4. Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
5. Provide support in drafting HR letters, policies, and communication.
6. Handle day-to-day HR queries and coordination between teams.
7. Participate in projects related to recruitment, HR analytics, and compliance (as assigned).
