About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Drafting, updating, and publishing internship and job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.)
2. Coordinating interview schedules with candidates and interviewers, sending reminders, and maintaining trackers
3. Engaging with employees daily to track attendance, update work reports, and assist with HR-related tasks
4. Assisting with documentation, report preparation, and HR database management
5. Supporting the onboarding process by welcoming new interns/employees, sharing orientation material, and resolving queries
6. Drafting official emails, notices, and updates related to HR and recruitment
7. Participating in team meetings, suggesting improvements, and gaining hands-on exposure to HR practices
